Also a request,Could you add the option to choose max HR to be calculated on 220 age. You have made this app to support a garmin device.The standard that garmin devices (of which there are many) use to calculate Max HR is 220 - age. (There %HR Zones are then based on this figure.)Male: 202 - 0.55 * age May give a better estimate of max hr. But it seems to be introducing another variable (and possible confusion or may make make the data less valid) using 2 different formulas to calculate the one variable - being max HR (and the corresponding % hr zones) ex 47 yr male gamin max hr | 220-47 = 173hRecovery max hr | 202 - (.55*47) = 176 |
