A Data Field providing current or average heart rate with an indicator

* New Feature to Alert on HR Changes

The Data Field has been designed to provide either your current or average heart rate in a single field, with an added indicator to show how you compare.

The indicators are either '+' for higher, '-' for lower, or '=' for matching.

The Data Field can be configured to:
- Display Mode: Show either Average or Current Heart Rate and the performance against it. The Indicator can also be shown to the left or right of the Pace.
- HR Alert Above: Alert with a vibration when the HR reaches a chosen value.
- Alert Frequency: How often the alert occurs.
