Display your speed over a configurable recent distance

* Support for Time and Distance
* Now supports resetting data on each new lap and Knots

A Data Field which shows your average speed over a recent distance to assist with pace setting.

Unlike the standard average pace, which is based on the complete activity you are completing, this data field will show your average over a shorter more recent distance.

The Data Field supports a configurable measurement over selected distances between 100 metres to 20km or miles, and from 5 seconds to 10 minutes. A variable option is now also available for both Distance and Time.

The Data Field can be configured using the settings to reset on each new lap.

You can display the calculation in either:
- Metric
- Statute
- System Settings (Default)
- Opposite System Settings
- Knots
