Description - Version 3.3
A Widget to provide Tempe Temperature and Weather updates
* Now includes support for Glances
The Widget provides access to the current Temperature (from Tempe or Sensor) and Weather for your current location.
The Widget at start-up will search for your connected Temperature Sensor (Tempe) and current Location. Once your location is determined, the weather forecast is requested.
Information is presented in three colours:
- Orange: You have data from your temperature sensor and weather for your known current location.
- Yellow: You have weather for your known current location, but no Temperature sensor has been found.
- Grey: You have weather data, but this is for your last known location (which may be out of date).
The Widget has four pages of information:
1. Main: Shows a summary of your current data, including temperature (centre), forecast with humidity (top left), weather rain, snow, clouds (top right), temperature high and low or sunrise/sunset (bottom left), wind direction and speed (bottom right). For round devices, only the temperature is displayed.
2: Current Weather: Shows a summary of today's weather as a page of information.
3: Forecast: Shows the next four days weather. The title colour indicates if it's going to be a nice (orange), cloudy (grey), windy (green), wet (blue) or snowy (white) day.
4: System: Shows information about the system and Widget. Use this page to confirm your location and last updated information.
To change page, please the Select Key or Tap the Screen (on touch screen devices).
If you would like to force a refresh of data, press the Menu Key.
Please Note: Weather comes from the OpenWeatherMap service via the internet connection on your SmartPhone. Depending on your mobile operator contract, this may incur a data charge. hSoftware has no control over the accuracy or quality of this weather data.
