A Data Field providing current, average and percentage of max Heart Rate

The Data Field has been designed to provide your heart rate as a percentage (against your maximum), average and current values all in a single field.

As your current heart rate changes, so does the colour. If your higher that your average, the field will be displayed in red (hot), or blue if lower (cold).

The maximum heart rate (HRmax) is calculated based on your age:
- Female: 216 - 1.09 * age
- Male: 202 - 0.55 * age

This version has hard coded threshold values:
- Zone 1: Normal - 0-50% HRmax (Grey)
- Zone 2: Warm Up - 50-60% HRmax (Blue)
- Zone 3: Easy - 60-70% HRmax (Green)
- Zone 4: Aerobic - 70-80% HRmax (Yellow)
- Zone 5: Threshold - 80-90% HRmax (Orange)
- Zone 6: Maximum - 90-100% HRmax (Red)
